SEASONS GREETINGS. Best wishes for a fantastic 2009!
2008 was a 1 year – a foundation year – centered on the tremendous groundwork of preparing for the next 8 years in this 9 year cycle. 2009 will be a 2 year – to build and expand upon this base and to multiply in potential. In addition, the numerology for 2009 begins with the Master Number 11/2 (2+0+0+9 = 11 or (1+1) 2). It’s the first 11 year to occur since 1910! According to CA Psychics, 2009 is marked by change powered by visionary and humanitarian ideals, and the 11/2 Universal Year will crackle with energy. 😉
While currently celebrating as many different variations of the season’s “Festival of Lights” – from Winter Solstice to Kwanzaa and Christmas to Hanukkah – Amy & everyone here at MAAT Music wanted to make sure to take time to express gratitude and thanks to everyone who has been there throughout this year following the adventure. We are grateful for you, thanks for an amazing 2008.

Last show of 2008 was a lovely little Gaia Grove evening in Hollywood on Thurs Dec 11 – the eve of the Full Cold Moon, raising awareness for Tree People. http://www.treepeople.org
Lacey Brown came as a rep from the local non-profit explaining about the work Tree People does in California. We collected donations during the show and had more funds pledged from the East Coast, and Gaia Grove will be making a donation to Tree People before the end of the year – thanks to everyone who has supported this fledgling idea taking flight!
*1/09 Update – A living grove of trees has been planted in memory of Vidal Perez and sponsored by Gaia Grove. Thanks to everyone who contributed!
Gratitude to soulful performances by fellow musical artists Genevieve & Monique.

May hope and inspiration light the way and guide you into a 2009 beyond your wildest dreams.
Peace, Love, Music & Light . . .
